U.S. Patent #7076032, “Methods and System for Processing Telephone Calls by Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVR)” A methodology for processing calls between CTI, and IVR server and script server where by all the business logic resides. The IVR server merely plays verbiage and passes data to the script server and can be used for multiple clients.
